Starting wage is based on experience and shift. In addition to a base wage, every associate is eligible for quarterly profit sharing!! Various shifts are available and off shifts include additional shift differential pay. About the Role We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused IT Technician I to join our team in Prescott, Az. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for employees who need technical help—whether that's resolving day-to-day IT issues, supporting new technology rollouts, or helping maintain a secure and reliable IT environment. If you enjoy solving problems, helping others, and working hands-on with technology, this may be a great fit for you. What You'll Do Provide first-level IT support by phone, email, and self-service requests. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues efficiently and professionally. Create, track, and resolve Help Desk tickets while keeping users informed along the way. Prioritize requests based on urgency and business impact. Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to all users. Document solutions and contribute to a shared knowledge base to improve team efficiency. Partner with IT teams across multiple locations to support and improve IT processes. Assist with testing and supporting new systems, applications, hardware, and software deployments. Participate in special projects and technology rollouts as needed. Follow company policies and support a secure, compliant IT environment. Security & Access Responsibilities Help communicate basic network security practices to employees and leaders. Follow company standards for user access, group permissions, and service accounts. Ensure security-related requests are properly approved and documented. Work closely with the IT team to help protect systems, networks, and company data. Support the enforcement of system access and security policies. What We're Looking For Experience in a Help Desk, IT Support, or similar technical support role. Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others. Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, non-technical language. Knowledge of Microsoft systems and basic networking concepts. Familiarity with IT ticketing systems. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader IT team. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills. Comfort working in an enterprise or manufacturing environment. Technical Experience Desktop and hardware support for Windows PCs and Apple/macOS devices. Microsoft Office and standard business applications. PC, laptop, mobile phone, and peripheral setup and support. Oracle client support and packaged software deployments (preferred). Physical & Work Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfort working near production equipment and in moderate to loud environments. Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support production and maintenance. Up to 10% travel may be required.
