Job Description

Role Overview :
The selected candidate will support the Colleague Care / IT Support team and will be responsible for: Handling IT support escalations Monitoring and updating service tickets Coordinating with internal and external IT teams Supporting onboarding activities for new employees and interns Delivering high-quality customer support in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills & Experience :
