MONDAY - FRIDAY
　Hybrid work (2 days per week in the office) 【Hiring Syle】Direct hiring, Full-time Responsibilities： Coordinate and support IT and business application projects. Provide ERP system support, troubleshooting, and user assistance. Assist with software, database, and system implementation and testing. Gather business requirements and improve business processes. Develop automation and reporting solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and PythonCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Prepare project documentation, reports, and training materials. Work Environment： Office-based position with occasional travel and visits to manufacturing and distribution facilities. Evening or weekend work may be required based on project needs. Qualifications： Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of IT project management experience. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and ITILProficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience with ERP systems, Power Platform, or Python is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams. Available for occasional travel and flexible work hours as needed.
