This role combines hands-on repair work, front desk support, and eCommerce product processing , making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technical and customer-facing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Computer & Electronics Repair Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and electronic devices Replace/repair screens, keyboards, fans, RAM, hard drives, and other components Perform virus removal and malware cleanup Install and configure operating systems and software Test and refurbish devices for resale Install and troubleshoot peripheral devices (printers, routers, cameras, etc.) eCommerce & Product Processing Research, diagnose, and appraise electronics Photograph and create accurate eBay listings Test functionality prior to sale Assist with product descriptions and online sales support Front Desk & Customer Support Provide excellent customer service in-store and over the phone Prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment Process transactions using POS system Assist with basic sales and customer recommendations Required Qualifications Minimum 2+ years hands-on computer repair & refurbishing experience (Required) Experience with hardware replacement and software troubleshooting Virus removal and system optimization experience Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize workload Basic Point of Sale (POS) experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Additional Requirements Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation with proof of insurance Own working smartphone U.S. Citizen or Valid Work Authorization Must pass background check and drug screening Why Join Us?
