Seeking an Associate Systems Administrator to provide hands-on support for iPhone and Apple Watch setup, configuration, and troubleshooting in a participant-facing environment.
Required Skills:
1+ years of IT Support, Desktop Support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration experience Strong experience with iPhone/iOS devices and Apple Watch setup/pairing Experience troubleshooting mobile devices and wearables Familiarity with MDM tools (JAMF, Intune, AirWatch, Workspace ONE, etc.) Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to assist users with device configuration, application installation, and connectivity issues
