Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst I to join our team in Alameda, California. This Desktop Support Analyst long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to provide technical support and ensure seamless operations across various systems and technologies. The ideal Desktop Support candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting and configuring hardware and software while delivering exceptional customer service. The Desktop SupportAnalyst role is for a long term contract and is an onsite position out of Alameda, Ca.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Android devices, Apple products, and other hardware systems.
  • Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions to ensure secure access.
  • Configure and deploy EO/IR systems to meet operational requirements.
  • Perform database management tasks, including updates and maintenance.
  • Assist with hardware installations and configuration management processes.
  • Support software deployments and ensure compatibility across systems.
  • Deliver prompt and effective solutions to end-user concerns.
  • Document technical procedures and resolutions to maintain a knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve system efficiency and reliability.
