Job Description:
•No Third Party Candidates IT Support Specialist I/II Palo Alto, CA We are seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to support a client in Palo Alto. This role operates within a distributed support model, partnering closely with an onsite IT lead and a global support team to deliver high-quality, responsive end-user support in a fast-paced, cloud-first environment. This is a highly visible onsite role focused on delivering strong Tier 1-2 support coverage and ensuring an excellent employee experience. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day Level 1-2 end-user support for a high-volume HQ environment Deliver hands-on support for a ~90% Mac environment, including laptop provisioning, troubleshooting, and user assistance Partner with onsite IT support and global offshore teams to resolve tickets and manage escalations Perform endpoint support and administration, including device setup, configuration, and break/fix Support Jamf workflows, including device enrollment, group assignments, and laptop deployments Troubleshoot and support cloud-based SaaS applications across the organization Assist with VDI environments, including support for Windows-based virtual desktops Maintain high responsiveness and customer satisfaction in a dynamic, fast-paced setting Preferred Qualifications Proven experience delivering Level 1 / Level 2 IT support in enterprise environments Strong experience supporting MacOS environments at scale Comfortable supporting a large, high-demand user base with varying technical needs Experience with Jamf administration and Mac lifecycle management Familiarity with Windows VDI and hybrid environments Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, and SaaS applications
