Responsibilities Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand client needs and craft tailored MSP solutions that align with their business goals. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the value of our offerings to prospective clients. Lead pre-sales activities by providing expert advice on network architecture, cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure and automation tools . Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate implementation efforts, and manage timelines to ensure seamless deployment of solutions. Analyze client infrastructure requirements, identify potential challenges, and recommend optimal configurations leveraging skills in computer networking, Linux, and cloud services. Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance solution offerings and maintain a competitive edge. Skills Strong understanding of computer networking concepts including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and routing protocols. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including deployment and management. Effective project management skills to coordinate multiple client engagements simultaneously. Excellent analysis skills to assess client infrastructure needs and recommend scalable solutions. Proven ability in technical sales and product demos that clearly communicate complex concepts in an engaging manner.
