Job Description:

This is a highly visible, white?glove IT role supporting a prominent ultra?high?net?worth family office. You will be the sole IT presence in the LA office , owning day?to?day support while strengthening cybersecurity across both office and home environments . The role requires exceptional discretion, executive?level communication, and the ability to operate independently in a high?trust environment.

MUST HAVES

5+ years of IT Support / Systems Administration experience Executive?facing / white?glove support experience Strong Microsoft 365 experience Experience working in Azure cloud environments Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals (enterprise + home) Experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments Strong analytical reasoning and problem?solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision High professionalism and discretion Valid driver's license and clean driving record (offsite property support)

NICE TO HAVES

Prior family office or UHNW environment experience (Hillspire, Fremont Group, etc.) Financial services / asset management background Security certifications (Security+, ISC2, etc.) Exposure to CrowdStrike Interest in or experience with AI tools and strategy
