Computer Technician

Troubleshoot software problems using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and BMC Remedy to document incidents and track resolution progress Configure and support network infrastructure such as LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewalls, and other security measures to safeguard data Assist with the setup, installation, and upgrades of operating systems and applications including Microsoft Office suite Maintain hardware inventory, perform repairs or replacements of faulty components, and ensure optimal system performance Support IT infrastructure projects by collaborating with teams on network configurations, security protocols, and system enhancements Strong technical support skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently Proficiency in computer management tasks including operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and desktop support Experience with computer networking concepts such as LAN setup, VPN configuration, firewalls, and network troubleshooting Knowledge of IT support tools like ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy for incident tracking and ticket management Familiarity with software troubleshooting techniques for common applications like Microsoft Office and enterprise software Understanding of IT infrastructure components including servers, switches, routers, and security devices Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise keeps our technology running smoothly!
