Job Overview Are you tech-savvy, curious, and ready to jumpstart your career in IT? We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive IT Support Candidate to join our team in a part-time role. This is a hands-on opportunity to build real-world experience supporting both field appraisers and internal teams, while enhancing your IT skills ins and outs support, systems, and operations. You'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, setup, and support—helping keep our team connected, productive, and running efficiently. We also offer a flexible schedule, making this a great fit for students or anyone looking to gain experience while balancing other commitments. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and assist Appraisers and Internal staff of any software/ hardware issues. Setup shortcuts for programs. Perform online training and create Job Aids. Train Field Appraisers in use of Claim System and CCC Estimating. Assist network in using the software to get files uploaded. Assist in configuring the software related to SCA. Assist Internal users in troubleshooting SCA software. Configure computers for new users. Assist in taking inventory of the company equipment. Assist in maintaining company equipment. Recommend solutions to user to be able to work more efficient. Verify updates are properly and regularly installed. Assist manager on special requests. Assist in making backups for SCA files.

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
