PrideStaff A day in the life At 7:30 a.m., you log in, check overnight messages, and jump into helping customers and internal partners. A distributor calls with a technical question—you draw on your product training to troubleshoot and recommend the right accessories. An end user emails an order from Shopify—you enter it with accuracy into our ERP (Plex). Between calls, you document a new warranty registration in the CRM, cross-reference an older lead, and convert it into a sale. You spot an opportunity to soft-sell a complementary part that meets the customer's needs, then sync with a Sales teammate to quickly resolve a service comment. Before lunch, you assist the team with a quick parts pull to keep shipments moving. Throughout the day, your clear communication and attention to detail keep every interaction smooth and professional. What you will do Deliver outstanding service via phone and electronic channels to end users, distributors, field service, and the Sales team. Receive, record, and accurately enter orders received by email or from Shopify into the ERP system (Plex). Use product knowledge to troubleshoot, answer questions, and recommend appropriate solutions. Increase revenue with consultative suggestions and soft-selling of relevant products and accessories. Document warranty registrations, new accounts, and leads in the CRM; cross-reference prior leads and convert them to sales. Escalate and resolve customer issues through the proper management channels; collaborate closely with Sales. Learn daily shipping procedures and assist in pulling parts for orders as needed. What you bring Two-year degree/certification preferred or equivalent experience. 3-5 years in a technical customer service environment. Excellent verbal and written communication; strong problem-solving and attention to detail. Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems; Microsoft Office and/or Google business apps, including Excel. Ability to lift up to 55 pounds. English communication required; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport. Adaptable, organized, and comfortable handling multiple priorities. Technical familiarity with welding, bonding, or collision repair is helpful but not required.
