Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support (hardware, OS, software, peripherals). Support game development workstations and performance-critical tools. Troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches). Maintain on-prem servers, storage, virtualization, and build pipelines. Monitor system health, resolve incidents, and escalate when required. Maintain documentation, asset inventory, and operational runbooks. Improve IT workflows, automation, and service efficiency. Support CI/CD systems, version control, and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Perforce).

Qualifications:

Five+ years in IT operations, service desk, or infrastructure support. Experience supporting Windows and macOS in production environments. Strong understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs). Hands-on experience with on-prem servers or virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V.) Familiarity with DevOps tools or build systems in game or software environments. Experience troubleshooting PC hardware, GPUs, and peripherals. Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills. Clear communication with developers, artists, and production teams. Ability to prioritize in fast-paced studio environments. Proactive, detail-oriented, and service-driven.

Pay:

$30.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
