Your Duties:
Providing 1st, 2nd and third level Call Center support. Utilize advanced technical skills to analyze and resolve issues and tasks, including setting up shared drives, mapping network drives, installing and updating software, and network troubleshooting. Distribute workload based on complexity, priority, and availability. Building, configuring, and deploying all workstation assets including ensuring company standards for software and security requirements are met. Manage escalations related to tickets and bridge the relevant parties to solve the problems.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in information technology or associated discipline from an accredited college or university preferred. Minimum of 5 years working in an Information Technology Service Desk environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft O/S, Office O365, and active directories. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to other domestic locations. .
