We are seeking a Support Technici an to join a Biometric Systems Hosted Services Support Cent er. This role is responsible for providing frontline technical support for enterprise systems, ensuring high availability, timely incident resolution, and excellent customer servic e.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience i n IT Service Desk operations, incident management, troubleshooting, and system monitori ng, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environmen t.
