Duties:
L1 L3 application support (not infrastructure) Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis Heavy SQL querying to investigate data and application issues Read, understand, and make minor backend code fixes when needed Work in a fast-paced production support environment Participate in on-call rotation after ramp-up period Collaborate with internal users and external vendors/suppliers. Must-Have Advanced SQL (daily use; debug and analyze queries) Backend programming experience .NET / C# preferred Java or Python acceptable if able to ramp quickly True application support background (not infra-only) Strong attitude: ownership, willingness to learn, comfort in support role.
Nice to have:
ERP or supply chain application experience Exposure to Agile environments Familiarity with: Jira / internal ticketing tools Splunk, Grafana MySQL, MS SQL, ClickHouse Angular (read-only exposure)
