Desktop Support Technician - VIP & AV Support - ADSJC

Desktop Support Technician - with AV experience Full-time 100% Onsite support Campus support. Supplier will provide Site support for end user computing devices, including but not limited to desktop computers, laptops, virtualization technologies, file and print, mobile devices, and desk/IP phones. Perform Level 2 deskside support for end user computing devices; Coordinate break/fix support of in-scope end user computing devices working with CE within required Service Levels; Installation, configuration, and maintenance of end user computing devices in accordance with Customer growth and equipment refresh plans; Decommission of end user computing technology in accordance with Customer equipment refresh plans; Coordination of audio, video, and telepresence support working with CE Providing meeting support for all the meetings in the customer location Co-ordinate with vendors, Customer and third-party providers of DB for resolution and root cause analysis. Perform support and administration of voice SBCs/Gateways. Install printers on Customer laptop, PC's. Configure printers on monitoring tools. Perform the required IMAC. Stock and maintain hot swap inventory for each production site. Support, troubleshoot and maintain label printers in shipping, manufacturing and other areas. Discuss with Customer, analyze the universal printing requirements, and configure based on resource availability.
