Job Description:
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll be the face of IT , supporting employees across a mixed Mac/Windows environment and working across a broad, modern tech stack. Heavy focus on end-user / deskside support , working directly with employees in a highly visible, onsite role Exposure to a broad range of technologies , spanning IT support, SaaS platforms, hardware, and AV systems Opportunity to own issues end-to-end , with a strong emphasis on improving IT processes and user experience Serve as a go-to IT resource , providing hands-on support and building strong relationships across the organization

JAMF, Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager Identity & Access:
Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD / Entra ID SaaS /

Teams, Slack, Google Workspace Ticketing & Knowledge Base:
Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence Networking:
DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, remote access tools (RDP, TeamViewer)
Hardware:
Laptops, desktops, printers, docking stations, mobile devices AV /
Collaboration:
Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Logitech, Poly, Yealink Other:
