Job Description

Job Description We have 100+ devices onsite from the various CCARE facilities. We need to remove the hard drives from the units and properly document the serial number of the drive + the service tag/serial of the device it was removed from. We will stage those drives in an area that will be designated by Kevin when onsite.   • Previous experience with desktop, application and infrastructure troubleshooting (setting up new computers troubleshooting, network issues, etc.)
  • Assist with unracking network equipment (switches, server, network rack) in the IT server room
  • Assist with removing hard drives from desktops and laptop in preparation for electronic recycling
  • Moving desktops and laptops to designated storage location in the suite
