Manhattan WMS (PkMS Ver 2003 preferred) 2) AS400 3) RPG As an Application Support Engineer, person will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical WMS systems. Person is expected to be a subject matter expert in Warehouse Management functions, Expert proficiency in Manhattan Warehouse Solutions Functional is required. Expert proficiency in Business Analysis, Client Relationship Management, and advanced proficiency in BlueYonder Warehouse Management is suggested. Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement in Manhattan WMS application. Develop and implement solutions to enhance WMS system functionality. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Provide training and support to team members on system processes and best practices. Monitor system operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
