As we continue to pursue new goals, it's an exciting time to join the Bragg team. We are currently hiring an IT Help Desk Technician for our Long Beach, CA branch.
Key Responsibilities:
End User Support:
Provide end-user support and education for Mitel phone operations and the MiCollab desktop client including serving as the primary administrative contact between Bragg Companies and cellular providers.
Order Management & Inventory:
Manage the ordering, inventory management, invoice review and cost distribution for mobility and VOIP invoices, provision new IT equipment and desktop software via an on-line portal, inventory of new equipment and software and perform periodic audits of deployed assets
Device Support:
Provision mobile devices using MobileIron and InTune MDM and register accounts with Apple DEP, including Mitel VOIP phones as well as setting up new and repurposed workstations with a standard image, domain connection and user specific software.
Customer Service:
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to help end-users, plus work well with others in a team-oriented environment
Manage and Coordinate:
Manage approximately 900 lines of mobile IOS and Android phones, tablets and hotspot devices, Coordinate mobile device, VOIP phone and IT procurement needs with other end-user provisioning efforts by IT Staff and Bragg's IT managed services provider
Required Qualifications:
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certifications:
CompTIA A+, Microsoft 102 Certification, or equivalent required.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in a related role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Technical Skills:
Proven proficiency with Windows PCs, web-based applications, and Microsoft Office.
Enterprise Experience:
Experience supporting business processes within a large organization serving several hundred employees.
Organization & Time Management:
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong customer service abilities.
Technical Aptitude:
Tech-savvy with a demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new systems and tools.
Work Style:
Resourceful self-starter with the ability to independently problem-solve and take initiative.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education:
Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Device Management:
Experience managing mobile or cellular devices in a large enterprise environment.
Work Environment Physical Conditions:
Standard office environment with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. May occasionally require standing or moving between office areas.
