Candidate will be working as part of a team Resource's typical working day: Candidate will be supporting users within the office building they are working in Work comes in through a ticketing system General desk top support Hardware/software support Desktop support helping a wide range of end users Responding to tickets Maintaining office technology Front facing customer service Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level Backend office MS Office Support MS Intune Active Directory Remote managementIncident Request Management Licenses/Certifications:
A+ certification is not required but a big plusMust Have Skills:
- Good technical skills, good customer service Nice to have skills:
- Large company work > 10,000 end-users
- Commercial Real Estate, Banking or Law firm support work
- Experience with Apple iOS
- Adobe Acrobat Nice to have skills: Microsoft Office 365 experience Outlook troubleshooting Adobe creative cloud suite experience Mac experience
Soft Skills:
Excellent customer service skills Good in high pressure environmentYears of Experience:
5+ years Education Bachelor's degree preferred, if no degree, they will need 3 years extra experience Software skills:MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite Interview Process:
