- We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a short-term contract basis in Chatsworth, California.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 technical support for PCs, printers, and software in a Windows-based environment.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for end users, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi and Cisco switches.
- Perform Active Directory tasks, focusing on user account management.
- Respond to and resolve service desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service to approximately 200 employees.
- Stay open to training opportunities and constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain IT systems and address technical challenges.
