This role is critical in maintaining a reliable and efficient IT environment across office and remote settings.

Role SummaryThe IT Support Specialist will serve as a hands-on IT generalist, providing comprehensive technical support with a strong emphasis on executive-level service in Los Angeles, California. This role focuses on delivering white-glove support to senior leaders while maintaining day-to-day IT operations across systems, devices, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate brings broad technical expertise, strong customer service instincts, and the ability to operate independently in high-trust environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-touch, white-glove IT support to executives and end users, both onsite and remotelyTroubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, software, networking, and mobile devicesSupport and maintain end-user environments including laptops, desktops, printers, and collaboration toolsAdminister and support conference room and video conferencing technologiesManage onboarding/offboarding processes, including equipment setup and access configurationMaintain core IT systems including operating systems, applications, and network connectivityPartner with external vendors for system maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolutionSupport basic IT security best practices and ensure secure usage of devices and systemsProactively identify opportunities to improve IT processes, user experience, and system reliabilityProvide clear communication, training, and guidance to users on technology tools and best practicesCompensation & Benefits$90,000 - $130,000 base salary with discretionary bonusComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off, including vacation and sick leaveOpportunity to work in a high-impact, trusted IT role supporting senior leadershipAdditional DetailsOnsite role with occasional travel to additional locationsHybrid support environment with both in-office and remote responsibilitiesHigh level of autonomy and direct interaction with executive stakeholdersRequires flexibility and responsiveness to support business-critical needs
