The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring that all technology systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software Monitor and maintain network and server systems Manage user accounts and permissions Conduct regular system backups and ensure data security Assist with the implementation of new technology systems and upgrades Train employees on new systems and software as needed Document and maintain IT processes and procedures Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and other business applications Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
