Job Description

We're partnering with a fast-paced, entertainment-focused company seeking a temporary IT Support Technician to join their team during a high-growth period. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on desktop support environment and enjoys supporting technical teams in a collaborative, high-performance setting.
What You'll Do:
  • Support onboarding/offboarding workflows for employees, vendors, and external developers
  • Provision and manage user accounts, permissions, and group memberships in Active Directory
  • Build, image, configure, and deploy Windows 11 workstations and peripherals
  • Support desktop troubleshooting, hardware setup, and basic break/fix issues
  • Provision/deprovision access to tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Perforce
  • Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets while maintaining detailed documentation
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal IT teams to escalate and resolve technical issues
What We're Looking For:
  • 1-3+ years of IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience
  • Experience spporting Windows 11 environments and workstation imaging/configuration
  • Familiarity with Active Directory administration and endpoint provisioning
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Perforce, and ManageEngine is highly preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills
