Job Description
We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support to end users in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position is ideal for individuals with help desk or IT support experience who enjoy troubleshooting, resolving issues, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support via phone and email to end users Troubleshoot issues related to: Hardware Software System access General IT inquiries Handle a high volume of incoming support requests Document, track, and update tickets in internal systems Escalate complex technical issues when necessary Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all interactions Deliver strong customer service while resolving technical issues Follow established workflows and SLA expectations Top Skills β Must Haves Help Desk / IT Support Experience Customer Service Phone Support Basic Troubleshooting Skills Ticketing System Experience Strong Communication Skills Nice-To-Have Skills Experience with: Active Directory Password resets / account unlocks Microsoft Office / Office 365 Previous call center IT support experience CompTIA A+ or similar certifications (preferred) Work Environment π Onsite - West Hills, CA (91304) Fast-paced, high-volume service desk environment Heavy emphasis on phone-based support Team-oriented IT support setting What You Bring Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to handle high call volume while maintaining accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Attention to detail in ticket documentation Dependability and ability to follow structured processes Why This Role Matters As a Service Desk Analyst, you are the first line of support for end users , ensuring technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Pay:
$25/hour π Full-time | Contract (~560 hours) π Onsite role - reliable transportation required Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Canoga Park, CA 91304. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
