Akkodis is seeking a Technical Support Specialist on-site in Los Angeles,CA for a Contract Position in the United States.
Pay Range:
$28 - $30 /hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Perform complex technical support, deployment, and troubleshooting activities remotely or at customer sites. Lead and coordinate small teams to successfully deliver assigned work packages in accordance with company standards and customer requirements. Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise within your area of specialization. Create and maintain accurate documentation and reports to ensure compliance with company and customer procedures. Contribute to the development and improvement of technical processes, procedures, and standards. Escalate issues appropriately and proactively manage escalations to ensure timely resolution. Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders regarding complex technical matters. Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and dynamic team environments. Identify and pursue professional development opportunities aligned with business objectives. Serve as a role model by mentoring colleagues and sharing technical knowledge and best practices. Ideal Candidate Profile Works effectively under general supervision while exercising sound judgment and discretion. Demonstrates a structured, analytical approach to solving complex technical problems. Takes initiative in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels. Capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality standards. Team-oriented professional with a strong customer-focused mindset. Able to provide technical guidance and support to junior team members when required.
