Type:
Contract Overview Hands-on Desktop Support role in a fast-paced corporate IT environment. Mac-heavy environment, but still supporting both Mac and Windows systems. Strong focus on desk-side troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and day-to-day employee support. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues Manage ticket queue (ServiceNow) Provide desk-side support (devices, peripherals, setups) Support laptop lifecycle (imaging, repairs, secure wipes) Support iOS and Android devices Assist with VPN, Wi-Fi, and user access issues Requirements 3-5+ years Desktop Support experience Strong Mac + Windows troubleshooting (required) Experience in corporate IT environments ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools Basic networking + Active Directory knowledge Strong communication skills Nice to Have Walk-up / technobar support Citrix / VDI exposure JAMF, Intune, or other MDM tools Apply If you're strong on Mac but comfortable supporting both environments, apply now.
