Technical Support Engineers Location:

Job Responsibilities? Provide technical troubleshooting and remote guidance to customers through phone, video call, online message and ticket system. Handle customer escalations and urgent technical cases, ensure timely follow-up and proper resolution. Organize daily product issue records and compile standard technical solutions. Observe and spot potential product and service related issues, submit feedback and follow up for improvement. Collect post-launch product usage feedback, prepare training materials for new team members, maintain ticket data and submit regular summary reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above. Fluent in English (written & verbal); Chinese language proficiency is a strong plus. At least 2 years of working experience in technical support or customer service roles, familiar with standard support workflows. Good logical thinking and problem analysis skills, able to identify key causes of technical issues. Proactive working attitude, good communication and teamwork skills to resolve cases efficiently. Strong customer service mindset, sensitive to potential service and product related risks. Good execution capability, quick to learn new products and able to summarize work information efficiently.
