We are currently seeking an entry level Help Desk Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot and make recommendations regarding tier 1 computer and network issues. The Help Desk Analyst works to maintain the smooth and uninterrupted operation of computer hardware and software systems, resolve issues and make recommendations to the IT Director.
Responsibilities:
Be friendly, polite and punctual. Identify and document problems. Implement solutions. Provide solutions to customers over the phone, email, and/or face to face. Troubleshooting technical issues. Knowledge of computer networks, operating systems., software, hardware and peripherals. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite, cell phones, desktop computers, printers, tablets and related peripherals. This paid entry-level position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop a comprehensive skill set in IT support while contributing positively to our team.
