Duties Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively Manage computer systems, including installation, configuration, updates, and maintenance of operating systems such as Windows and macOS Support computer networking tasks, including LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), and firewall configurations to ensure secure connectivity Troubleshoot software problems across multiple platforms using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and BMC Remedy to track incidents and streamline resolutions Maintain and support computer hardware components, peripherals, and IT infrastructure to optimize performance and reliability Assist with help desk operations by responding to user inquiries via ticketing systems and providing clear communication throughout the resolution process Collaborate with team members to implement security measures such as firewall rules and VPN access controls to safeguard organizational data Requirements Proven experience in providing IT support with a focus on desktop support, help desk functions, or technical troubleshooting Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux environments Familiarity with computer networking concepts such as LAN setup, VPN configuration, and firewall management Proficiency in managing computer hardware components and troubleshooting software issues effectively Experience with IT support tools like ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy or equivalent ticketing systems Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field Embark on a rewarding career where your technical expertise makes a real impact!
