The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for various systems and equipment at client locations. This role requires a strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction with 3 year of experience. Responsibilities Provide on-site technical support to clients, addressing hardware and software issues promptly. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, including Windows Server environments. Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory. Troubleshoot network issues, including LAN connectivity and firewall configurations. Analyze system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades as necessary. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Document all service activities, including repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems. Requirements Proficiency in providing technical support across various operating systems, particularly Windows and IOS Installation of Surveillance system Installation of Network Infrastrutures Experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory management. Knowledge of LAN configurations and firewall settings. Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally and clearly. Ability to work independently in the field while managing time efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
