You'll be the go-to resource for customers using our industrial heat press machines — helping them get set up, stay running, and resolve issues quickly. Full engineer training is provided, so deep prior experience isn't necessary — the right attitude and technical foundation matter most. What You'll Do Support customers via phone, email, and video calls through setup, operation, and troubleshooting Identify and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues Coordinate repairs, parts replacements, and warranty claims Work closely with internal teams and overseas factory support Keep accurate service records and documentation Occasionally travel to customer sites when hands-on support is needed What We're Looking For A background in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic systems (degree or hands-on experience) Comfort reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation Strong problem-solving instincts and communication skills Eagerness to learn — we'll handle the rest with structured training Mandarin Chinese is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to lift up to 50 lbs (assistance available)
