Job Description

We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for end users in Palo Alto, California. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, resolves desktop issues efficiently, and delivers a reliable support experience across hardware and Mac-based environments. The role begins on a part-time basis and may expand over time based on business needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver front-line desktop support by diagnosing and resolving issues related to workstations, peripherals, and end-user technology
  • Support Mac OS environments, including troubleshooting operating system, software, and device-related problems
  • Respond to user requests in a detail-oriented and timely manner while providing clear technical guidance
  • Set up, configure, and maintain computer hardware and related equipment for employees and teams
  • Track support activity, document resolutions, and escalate more complex issues when needed
  • Assist with onboarding, equipment deployment, and general desk-side support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
