Job Description

Administrative Coordinator / Technical Support Specialist Family-owned business | Fast-paced | A well-established, family-owned company is seeking a professional Administrative Coordinator to join its team. This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate has strong experience as a Customer Service Coordinator or Administrative professional within a professional office environment, along with proven scheduling expertise and the ability to support basic technical troubleshooting. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in keeping daily operations organized and efficient. The company offers a positive, team-oriented environment with opportunities to grow and expand responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing a high-volume phone system Schedule and coordinate service appointments across multiple calendars Provide front-line technical support (password resets, basic troubleshooting) Assess issues and determine when escalation or technician dispatch is needed Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service logs Support billing, operations, and general administrative functions
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Coordinator or in an administrative role within a professional office (required) Strong scheduling and multi-calendar management experience Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Comfortable working in a Windows-based PC environment Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus Competitive benefits, on site position, no weekends.
