Job Description:
•W2 only - Not available for C2C or 1099 consulting •
HYBRID :
2-3 days/week onsite in Pleasanton required •
Responsibilities :
Slack Enterprise and Google Workspace administration Serve as escalation point for L3/L4 troubleshooting issues Contribute to platform automation, integration, and migration efforts Develop, test, and implement processes with a focus on automation Create and maintain technical support and process documentation Implement best practices & standards and governance controls for the services Collaborate with Engineering and Security teams to ensure audit and policy compliance Resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
Primary Qualifications :
Slack Enterprise & Google Workspace admin experience, preferably in large environments Integrations experience with SaaS/collaboration tools and other enterprise apps (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.) Working knowledge/experience with Microsoft infrastructure/tooling (O365, Exchange, AD, etc.) Nice-to-Have skills/experience : Automation/scripting experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc. Experience supporting large user migrations (i.e., Office 365 to Google Workspace) Certifications related to ITIL or Slack/Google Workspace products are a plus Experience working with change enablement and internal communications
