Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to our internal users, ensuring smooth operations of our IT systems.
Duties:
  • Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues that may arise
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems
  • Set up and maintain computer networks, including troubleshooting connectivity issues
  • Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner and resolve issues efficiently
  • Assist in maintaining servers, including Windows Server environments
  • Support mobile devices and ensure they are integrated into the network securely
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement solutions and enhancements
  • Manage help desk tickets using tools like Jira
  • Implement and maintain security measures, such as firewalls
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT support roles
  • Strong knowledge of computer networking principles
  • Proficiency in software troubleshooting and customer service
  • Familiarity with Windows Server environments
  • Experience with mobile devices integration into corporate networks
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and firewall concepts
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
