Job Description

Rezku POS is one of the leading point-of-sale platforms serving high-volume restaurants, bars, and multi-location hospitality groups across the United States. We provide cutting-edge technology solutions backed by exceptional customer support, hands-on consulting, and white-glove service. We are seeking motivated, tech-savvy individuals to join our Support Team. Both day and overnight shifts are available. What You'll Do As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be the frontline resource helping restaurant operators keep their businesses running smoothly. You'll work directly with customers to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and provide guidance on our software, hardware, and integrations. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email Troubleshoot software, hardware, and networking issues Provide clear guidance and training to customers Document customer interactions and resolutions Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues Deliver a best-in-class customer experience during every interaction What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, reliable, and team-oriented Exceptional attention to detail Positive attitude and professional demeanor Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Ability to learn quickly and follow established processes Genuine desire to help customers succeed Technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with Windows, Mac, and iPad environments Basic understanding of networking concepts Preferred Qualifications Candidates with any of the following experiences are encouraged to apply: Restaurant or hospitality management experience Help desk or technical support experience Call center customer service experience PC building, hardware repair, or tablet repair experience Customer service leadership or supervisory experience Accounting or bookkeeping knowledge Programming, web development, or other technical skills Any additional technical, creative, or operational experience Why Join Rezku?
