Job Description
2 month contract June 29th-september 1st Tier 1 DTS 25 hourly Required Skills & Experience 1-3 years of experience in IT support, inventory, or field-based roles Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow structured processes Comfortable working onsite and walking for extended periods Basic familiarity with computer hardware and peripherals / understanding of basic IT hardware (desktops, printers, peripherals) Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience working in healthcare or hospital environments Prior involvement in inventory, asset tracking, or deployment projects Familiarity with tools such as Excel, ServiceNow, or ticketing systems Certifications such as: o CompTIA A+ o CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+) Experience working in large facilities or multi-building environments Job Description Walk hospital floors and departments to locate IT equipment Identify devices such as: o Desktops, laptops, monitors o Workstations on Wheels (WOWs) o Printers and peripherals Document device presence in Excel or tracking tools Follow structured checklists and daily assignments Escalate missing devices, discrepancies, or access issues
