In this role, you will be the frontline hero responsible for delivering exceptional technical support across our organization. Your expertise will ensure seamless computer management, network connectivity, and software troubleshooting, empowering our team to operate efficiently and securely. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge IT infrastructure, support diverse operating systems, and enhance user experience through prompt problem-solving and customer service excellence. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues via help desk platforms such as ServiceNow and Jira Troubleshoot and resolve software problems across multiple operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux Manage computer hardware including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance Configure and maintain computer networks, including LAN, WAN, VPNs, firewalls, DNS settings, TCP/IP protocols, and network administration tools like Meraki and Cisco systems Support Active Directory management tasks such as user account creation, GPO (Group Policy Object) implementation, and permissions setup Assist with server administration tasks involving Microsoft Windows Server environments and Microsoft Office applications Maintain IT infrastructure by monitoring system health using tools like SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), BMC Remedy, and ServiceNow for incident tracking and resolution Implement security measures including firewall configurations, VPN access controls, and network security protocols to safeguard organizational data Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects related to network upgrades, hardware deployments, or software rollouts Document troubleshooting steps and solutions clearly to enhance team knowledge base Qualifications Proven experience in providing IT support with a strong focus on desktop support and help desk operations Solid understanding of computer networking concepts such as LAN/WAN architecture, TCP/IP protocols, DNS management, and network security practices Proficiency in operating systems including Windows (especially Windows 10/11), macOS, and Linux distributions Hands-on experience managing computer hardware components and peripherals Familiarity with enterprise tools like
SCCM, GPO
