Full Job Description Overview:
Our Information Technology team is looking for a Senior IT Support Administrator that will provide support to our San Diego office. As a part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of applications and systems giving you exposure to the latest that enterprise technology has to offer.
Who you are:
: Strong customer service focus combined with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Experience with ITIL based helpdesk system (We utilize Freshservice) Minimum 3+ years of experience providing end user technical support Self-motivation to accomplish team goals Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Familiar with Azure Active Directory, Google Workspace, JAMF, PowerShell, ServiceNow, Workato, Meraki Zoom Room experience preferred Familiarity working with a 100% cloud environment Eager to develop proficiency with AI-driven tools and apply them to improve workflows, decision-making, and efficiency. Experience with inventory management Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment and work cross functionally across all departments BS/BA degree preferred What you'll be doing:: Provide timely responses and resolutions to both PC and Mac users Serve as a primary steward for your local office - while also supporting our hybrid workforce Manage local A/V systems and be the local liaison for all-hands meetings Manage permissions and access through: Azure Active Directory, Office 365, JAMF, NinjaOne, and Google Workspace Engage with team members within and external to IT to improve the overall IT experience Work with third party vendors and solution providers What we have for you:: At Seismic, we're committed to providing benefits and perks for the whole self. Seismic's annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant's location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment market data. The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range. Seismic's salary range for this position is: USD $61,200.00/Yr. - USD $84,100.00/Yr. This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic's incentive plans in addition to base salary. The actual incentive amount will very and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan. : #LI-KC
