Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Support or similar technical support role. Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting. Strong communication and customer service skills. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician are a plus. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. IT Help Desk Specialist Preferred Background & Skills Bilingual fluency in Korean and English. IT Help Desk Specialist Day-to-Day Responsibilities Respond to and resolve user support requests via phone, email, or remote desktop tools. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Provide clear, effective technical assistance to end-users. Document support requests and solutions in the help desk system. Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and software. Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance user support and system reliability.
