We are looking for a technician who can independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computers while delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with a variety of devices, and building a long-term career in the technology repair industry. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair desktop computers and laptops Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Perform screen, battery, keyboard, fan, SSD, RAM, charging port, and motherboard-related repairs Install and configure Windows operating systems Perform virus removals, PC tune-ups, and system optimizations Complete data transfers, backups, and recovery services Build and upgrade custom desktop PCs Communicate repair recommendations and technical findings to customers Maintain accurate work orders and repair documentation Manage parts inventory and organization Deliver professional customer service throughout the repair process Ideal Candidate We are looking for technicians who have experience diagnosing and repairing computers rather than simply replacing parts.The ideal candidate:
