•No third party candidates Senior IT Support Administrator Overview We're hiring a Senior IT Support Administrator to join a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment. This role is a hybrid between hands-on IT support escalation and systems administration, supporting a mix of end-user environments and backend infrastructure. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical issues, improving IT operations, and working across Linux, Windows, cloud, and modern identity platforms. What You'll DoAct as a senior escalation point for complex IT issues across users, systems, and infrastructure Administer and support hybrid identity environments (Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID) Manage end-to-end user lifecycle (onboarding, access control, offboarding) with a focus on security and compliance Provide advanced support for Linux, Windows, and macOS environments Support and maintain Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, Point, OneDrive) Manage and troubleshoot endpoint devices (laptops, desktops, mobile, AV/conference rooms) Support Linux-based systems and applications, including server setup, patching, and troubleshooting Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or Ansible Assist with cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure) and identity integrations (SSO, SAML) Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues (DNS, DHCP, VPN) Support virtualization environments (VMware ESXi, vCenter) Partner with security teams on endpoint protection, patching, and incident response Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and operational maturity What You Bring~7+ years in IT support, systems administration, or similar roles Strong experience with: Linux server administration (setup, patching, troubleshooting) Active Directory & Entra ID (Azure AD) Microsoft 365 administration Experience supporting end-user environments and working tickets/escalations Familiarity with automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, and/or Ansible) Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure) Solid understanding of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN) Experience with endpoint management and security tools (Intune/MDM, EDR preferred) Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, applications, and devices Nice to
Have:
Experience in engineering or Linux-heavy environments (e.g., simulations, labs, semiconductor) VMware (ESXi/vCenter) exprience Security/compliance exposure (SOC2, NIST etc.) SSO/SaaS integrations (Okta, Auth0, Snowflake, etc.) If this sounds like you, apply today!
