The Boeing Company is currently seeking an End User Support Specialist to join their team in San Luis Obispo, California. This position will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end users for hardware and software issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software. Assist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software. Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference. Provide training and support to end users on new technologies. Collaborate with IT teams to improve processes and systems. Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets. Participate in IT projects as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This position requires the ability to work onsite in San Luis Obispo, California. What We Are Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in technical support or IT help desk. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
