Full-time, Hourly About the Role We are a manufacturer of industrial safety and instrumentation equipment, looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support customers after shipment of industrial flame and gas detection systems used in oil & gas, marine, energy, and industrial projects worldwide. This role combines technical support, customer communication, troubleshooting, product training, and project follow-up. The ideal candidate is organized, technically minded, customer-oriented, and able to coordinate internally with engineering, testing, production, shipping, and operations teams to help resolve customer issues quickly and professionally. We operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment involving industrial electronics, engineered equipment, global EPC projects, international customers, and custom technical products. What You'll Do Respond to customer technical questions and after-sales support requests Troubleshoot product, configuration, documentation, and shipment-related issues Conduct customer product training remotely and onsite when required Support distributors, EPC contractors, and end users with product familiarization and technical guidance Coordinate internally with engineering, testing, production, shipping, and purchasing teams Support RMAs, replacement parts, warranty cases, and repair coordination Track and follow up on open customer issues until closure Provide customers with status updates and technical communication Support FAT follow-ups, punch lists, inspections, and project closeout activities Assist with the preparation of training materials, manuals, and technical support documentation How Success Looks Like Customer technical questions and support requests are responded to quickly and professionally Product, configuration, and shipment-related issues are troubleshooted accurately and resolved efficiently Customers, distributors, EPC contractors, and end users receive clear technical guidance and support Technical training sessions are conducted confidently and communicated in an easy-to-understand manner Communication between engineering, testing, production, shipping, purchasing, and customers remains organized and responsive RMAs, replacement parts, warranty cases, and repair activities are tracked and coordinated properly Open customer issues are followed through until full resolution and closure Technical documents, manuals, training materials, and support documentation remain accurate and organized despite changing priorities and project demands Requirements Experience in industrial, manufacturing, instrumentation, automation, electronics, or engineered equipment environments Strong communication and customer interaction skills Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers and end users Comfortable conducting technical training and presentations Ability to read technical documents, datasheets, and drawings Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to manage multiple open customer issues and priorities simultaneously Why Join Us Work directly with global customers and industrial projects across oil & gas, marine, energy, and manufacturing industries Gain hands-on experience with industrial flame and gas detection systems and engineered technical products Be part of a fast-paced environment involving industrial electronics, manufacturing, and international EPC projects Develop both technical support and customer-facing experience while working closely with engineering and operations teams Opportunity to grow your technical knowledge and project coordination skills in a collaborative environment Make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and project success worldwide Join a stable and growing company in the industrial safety industryPay:
