Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist with imaging and configuring PCs using tools such as Autopilot.
- Address end-user support requests, including password resets, software installations, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Manage and resolve service desk tickets promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain and support Active Directory, ensuring proper user access and permissions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of data transfers and system setups.
- Utilize ticketing systems, such as Freshservice, to track and document support tasks.
- Offer guidance and training to users on basic technical issues and system usage.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of Microsoft Intune for device management.
