Lab IT Engineer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skill Key Responsibilities:

List key responsibilities of the job; include any Supervisory responsibilities (if applicable). Provide end-to-end support for laboratory computers and lab equipment in pharmaceutical manufacturing and R&D environments. Act as System Administrator for lab computers and associated equipment, ensuring system availability and reliability. Deliver desktop and operating system support, including Windows 10/11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Perform deployment and onboarding of non-GxP computer systems in alignment with site standards. Coordinate with laboratory application and instrument vendors, including scheduling, site access, and escorting vendors on-site. Collaborate with multiple IT teams to ensure seamless support for laboratory systems and applications. Provide Level 1.5 support for laboratory instrument applications and related systems. Develop and maintain service review and status reports, presenting updates and metrics to customers and stakeholders. Ensure high-quality customer service and service delivery, adhering to defined SLAs and support processes. Salary Range $100,000-$115,000 Per year
