This involves planning, coordinating, and designing IT-related activities, providing administrative direction and support for daily operations, defining implementing IT policies, procedures, and best practices. We are looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and will be hard working, punctual, dependable, self-motivated, self-managed, organized, and flexible. What You'll Do:

Assist the IT department's operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources. Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including telecommunications, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals, and Office Automation equipment. Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and IT systems. Keep current with the latest technologies. Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision. Practice asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment. Manage daily backups. Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with the organization's executives, department heads and end users regarding pertinent IT activities. Assists associates with questions on product installation, usage, and implementation. Responds to and investigates team inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, mail, and e-mail in a timely and courteous manner. Answers team inquiries and provides appropriate technical and/or product-related information. Researches and resolves team complaints with regards to IT matters. Effectively communicates team IT issues and concerns to all applicable internal staff members. Organizes and maintains file system, files correspondence and other records. Maintains working knowledge of products and/or services. Prepares reports and correspondence as needed. Set-up and maintain computer equipment. May perform other duties as assigned or necessary.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years related experience or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Office365, SharePoint. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written and oral instructions.
